Hobo actively works to make the use of 100% recycled, post consumer waste and old growth free paper the norm, not the exception. With every issue Hobo offers free advertising space to foundations such as WWF, David Suzuki Foundation, Amnesty International, Raincoast Conservation Society and Vital Ground. Our goals are as simple as they are ambitious. To carry on a dialogue that provides healing for our planet. To conduct quality and in-depth interviews with artists who have something to say and know how to say it. To create images that preserve beauty. To publish words that import meaning. To continue building a mythology that drives us forward, collectively and individually.
